We stand by our quality. Every piece of SIOBHÁN jewelry is crafted with 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and finished with an advanced 18k Gold PVD Coating. We are so confident in our process that we offer a 6 - Month Color Warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Noticeable tarnishing, fading, or discoloration of the gold finish.

  • Green or black skin staining (which we guarantee will never happen with our PVD coating).

  • Manufacturing defects in the base metal or clasps.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage: Scratches, dents, or broken chains due to pulling/mishandling.

  • Loss of stones or charms.

  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals (e.g., undiluted bleach or high-acid cleaners).

How to Claim: Simply email us with your Order ID and a clear photo of the piece. If your claim is approved, we will provide a one-time replacement.
